Write to us at curationapp@gmx.de. We usually reply within a few days. In the app you can also write directly under Profile → Give feedback.
You can delete your account at any time. Your profile and all related data are removed (visits, ratings, photos, lists, comments, follows).
In the app:
Without the app: Write to us from the email address of your account at curationapp@gmx.de with the subject “Delete account”. We delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Who can see my visits and top picks?
You decide under Profile → Privacy (everyone, followers only, nobody). Name, username and profile picture are always visible.
How do I report a place or content?
Use the menu (three dots) on places and visits and choose Report. We review every report.
A place is missing or wrong.
You can add missing places in the app. For changes use Suggest a change on the place page.
I forgot my password.
Tap Forgot password when signing in. You will get a link by email.
